Working principle:
This machine adopts methods of conveying vials through single line synchronous belt, linear tracking filling and rotary tracking plugging. It can automatically finish procedures such as vial orienting, vial conveying, (front gas flushing and rear gas flushing), filling, stopper orienting and plugging etc. The improved type A type is the structure of metal pump or ceramic pump controlled by servo motor, B type is peristaltic pump filling structure.
