SD-YYS-2848 completely auto-eye-drop filling machine can be equipped with bottle setting machine,washing and rinsing gas machine,rinsing inside tuck and revolving outside tuck machine,labeling machine to form the whole line.
It can also add the installation of drying and sterilization according
to requirements of clients and techniques. The SD-YYS-2848 completely auto-eye-drop
machine set of filling can be divided at different places, installed and connected
according to the requirement of GMP.It also can be used to fill other medicine liquid.
Main characteristics of function:
1) PLC control, high auto-degree, and show troubles automatically
2) Water three times and gas three times of high cleanness for washing bottles,
and no remained water
3) The part which touches the liquid medicine is made of 316L stainless steel
completely
4) Inside tuck and outside tuck have special mould, with high eligibility rate and
