1. Install EPSON DX5.5th Generation of Micro Piezo printhead, 2880 print nozzles, Staggered arranging for high speed.
2. 4colors (C,M,Y,K) printing with true 1440DPI rreach perfect printing.
3. The variable ink droplets technology can project micron grade ink drops of various sizes (1,5-2.0pl) to produce best color results, smooth gradients and fine details.
4. Progressive Pass compensation technology is to remove the grinning of white ground or edge overlap (Banding line), which is usually caused by mechanical inaccuracy, further improve the yield and save the cost.
5. With the technique, some problems caused by nozzle clog, like white strips, even with 15% cloged, SCIJET series printers can still ensure the printing quality.
6 Support Eco-solvent ink or water-based ink, also pigment or dye ink, as wellas sublimation ink; suitable for media Photo paper, PVC, Mesh fabric, Textile, Flex banner, Vinyl, Leather etc.
