Application
DXDK series vertical granule packing machine can be used to pack solid granule materials like beans, nuts, corns, rice, chips, snacks, puffy food, fried food, shrimp slices, chips, peanuts, melon seeds, oatmeal, fragile food, washing powder, medicines etc.
Features
1. The machine can automatically do all the work include making bag, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, printing, etc..
2. It adopts stepless bag length regulating system and microcomputer logo locating device with LCD display.
3. The horizontal sealing and vertical sealing can work for 5000 hours without lubricating. After 5000 hours, the machine can lubricate itself automatically.
4. The structure is simplified, and the performance is enhanced by the adoption of advanced photoelectric controller which was specially designed to integrate the functions of photoelectric logo location, products counting, bag length setting, etc.
5. The adoption of intelligent temperature controller keeps the temperature of sealing and enhances the sealing quality.
