Wooden tray blocks facilities produced by our plant mainly use shaving, sawdust and other waste materials to produce wood shaving pier. Through the drying, mixing glue sizing, and heating process, the pier is smooth, waterproof(soaked for 48 hours without cracking, sun and wind cannot make it crack), and strong enough to bear the force for nails.
We can make the mold according to the size and specifications required by customers. The production is fumigation-free and inspection-free. Formaldehyde emission meet the national standards( we can offer SGS). The internal bond strength can reach 1.07 mpa,the vertical bearable force for the screw is 1590N, and the horizontal bearable force is 1660N, which ensure it the perfect material for making fumigation free tray support(pier, support leg).
The cost for this facility is less than one-third of the ordinary plate machine, due to the special process theory. And the production is shining, smooth and waterproof.
