1. USE:

Model DAKE-200P Automatic High Plastic Printer is used for printing plastic cup and bowl which is eight colors, such as yoghourt cup, coffer cup, coke cup,noodl-bowl and so on

2.Introduction

DAKE-200P bent offset printer input cups at an angle of 45 degrees and output cups horizontally. It used for plastic cups,bowls,barrels, pipes and so on.The main parts of the machine are feeding frame, input and output frame, index drive of eight location, corona system, UV curing system, machine head and so on.

Main Part

(1) feeding frame:

With the feeding frame, the whole strip of cups can be transmitted to a higher position. We use cogwheel motor of speeder to pull the cups, and the motor is controlled by the locations of cups on the input belt of the photo-electricity switch.

(2) input and output frame:

The input is pulled by the cogwheel motor of speeder while the output part with two synchronous belts is controlled by an independent electromotor. The photo-electricity switch tests the length of the finished cups, and the draft motor will collect cups automatically.

(3) Index drive:

Equipped with the delicate index drive of eight location, the machine will run stably at a high speed. The eight holes task location tray which is made of imported Mg and Al, will completely match the high-grade nylon gas tray and the printing staff of aluminum.

(4) Corona system:

In the corona system, corona and electrical processing and removing of dust can be finished at the same time.

(5) UV curing system:

We use the UV curing system. Once the machine stopped the lights will turn off automatically, the temperature will go down and some other methods will take place to protect the machine.

(6) Machine head:

The machine head can adjust angles and locations to cup figures. The transmission of color station and rubber wheel are made of 40Cr. It is made through thermal refining, quenching and gear grinding. It eliminates the transmitting gap.

The color station alters ink by gas motion, which give the print a beautiful and stable effect. The operation is safety and easy. Each color station is controlled by a single cogwheel motor of speeder. The machine head, with a power of 5.5KW, is controlled by inverter synchronous speeder.
