1.Nickel Sulfamate (Ni(NH2SO3)2)
The main salt of electroforming nickel liquid.
2. Boric Acid(H3BO3)
It is used as PH alleviant in plating liquid. H3BO3 must be saturated liquid and when the temperature increase the content of H3BO3 must increase. In different temperature, the saturated content of H3BO3 is as follow:

Too low content of H3BO3 will form pinhole. Unless the content is satutated, the alleviant effect is best. Boric Acid can slow down the rise speed of PH scale in the weak acidity liquor circumstance. But in strong acidity liquor, it cannot slow down the speed. Boric Acid adjust well the PH scale of plating liquor, in the 2-6 range of PH scale. 4H3BO3=H2B4O7+5H2O
H2B4O7 can protect nickel produce Ni(OH)2 or alkaline salt in cathode film and its cushion effect is more obvious. But the content of Boric Acid exceed the saturated content in a certain temperature, Boric Acid will crystal and separate out. It effect the quality of the plating layer. So, the maximum content of Boric Acid is the saturated content.
3.Additive 1
It is an anode assist additive used to promote nickel dissolve in the anode and supplies the Ni2+ ion, too low content of which often cause anode passivate and too high content of which cause anode rust, plating layer burr adds. The conductivity and disperse capacity is increased.
CI contented compound, such as NiCI2 ,Na CI2 , is used as anode active enzyme.
4.Additive 2
Anion active enzyme is used to decrease the interfacial tension, make it hard for hydrogen bladder to adhesive in the surface of cathodal board to decrease the pinhole.
The content in normal plating liquid is 0.05-0.1g/l. When the chroma is too high, the surface tension is not obvious. After plating nickel plate, add the additive 0.0005g/amperehour.
