TECHNINICAL DATA :

Static electricity charges can build up to several magnitudes of volts in a dry atmosphere and can be very harmful especially in sensitive working environments. Build up of static electricity on any surface can be prevented or charges already present can be immediately dissipated by STATICLINE-VCF®. STATICLINE-VCF® is manufactured by chemically modifying the polymer matrix to obtain permanent Electro Static Dissipating properties. This unique technology imparts to the matting surface, superior generation and superior static decay performance. STATICLINE-VCF® exhibits excellent control of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and charge accumulation and these characteristics are permanent and totally independent of humidity.

PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION :
STATICLINE-VCF® is manufactured to provide permanently conductive properties by incorporating conductive fillers with special polymer and elastomers in required proportions. It is specially designed to give protection to static sensitive device and spark discharge control in Explosive environments making it highly suitable for Explosive Manufacturing Unit, Ordnance Factories, Ordnance Depots and other related sensitive areas.

Special features like High Fire Retardance Rating and Low Smoke Properties can be provided on custom/Specific requirements.
