Zg-kgl10a type capping machine is a new generation high speed capping machine which our company has developed based on the former 10 head and 12 head model and referring to the similar machine in overseas market. It is suitable for the capping of round glass bottles and plastic bottles.It is used in pharmaceutical industry, light industry and chemical industry.

Working principle:
This machine consists of turntable, plastic chain plate conveyor, screw conveyor, aluminum cap oscillator and its track, bottle holder, capping head, bottle outlet track and electric control system. It utilizes the positioning and the rotating of bottle holder and capping knife roller to conduct the capping process.
The bottles come through turntable, conveyor and the screw conveyor to feed, then to the bottle holder and capping knife roller to be positioned. After that, the bottle will be capped by the force of the cam and be pushed out one by one.
