This machine has two function: pressing cap and screwing cap; when press caps, just need turn off the screwing part, when screw caps, just need turn off the pressing part; it adopts eletromagentic shake the hopper, the cap shakes in the hopper, then fallen to the given trial, when the bottle passes this equipment, the mouth of bottle take away the cap, there is a fixed equipment at the bottom of the bottle, locking the bottle, so it can endure the bottle not to turn over or overflow, so can endure the efficiency of capping, then it quickly cover spinning in the function of cam, because the cover spinning head is special used for the cap, it can prevent the cap damage if cover too tightly, this equipment has skid equipment(for screw cap), so it can skid when the cap is tightened.
To screw or press caps with different diameter, just need to change hopper, cap trail, uniform scale, and capping head.
It can be used to cap various kinds of bottles. The machine adopts PLC.All themachine parameter is to be confirmed according to bottle sizes.
