Why is the coating-free ink so important for acrylic printing?

--when you are applying the coating on the acrylic, especially the clear acrylic, there will be some dust or coating dots left on the acrylic. And this will affect the final quality of the printed products. And applying the coating takes more manpower and time. That is why you need the coating-free ink.

We provide the coating-free white ink.

--The ink of flatbed printer is not as thick as the silk screen or UV ink. When printing on the clear acrylic, sometimes you will need to print both sides of the acrylic. And you don't see through the picture on each side. Under this kind of situation, you will need to print a white base on the clear acrylic first. Then you print the color ink. No seeing throug then.

--If you are printing an image with white color on the clear acrylic(for example, a kid smiling, showing his teeth), you will need the white ink to print the teeth part. If no white ink, the teeth part will not be printed.
