GK95-1 high speed bag closing machine is a bag closing equipment with the fastest sewing speed (2700 stitches/min) and the most advanced performance at present. The double thread lockstitch thread type consists of needle bar take-up mechanism and single looper thread hooking mechanism. The machine adopts the fully-enclosed bath lubrication structure, the main driving and wearing parts are special designed with bally earing so that the machine runs more smoothly and wear resisting. It is suitable for automatically closing filled paper bags, cotton bags, plastic woven bags and jute bags on a high-speed packing production-line which conveying speed is 25m/min. The pneumatic automatic chain cutting and paper tape devices are more suitable for closing the bags over edged with 55-70mm wide paper.
