1. This machine adopt PLC , number operation, touch screen to enter data, finish non-stopping changing data and speed. Automatic feeding paper, automatic folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking and sent out.

Feeding paper part

1. The height adjustment structure is made of quality steel, different size of cardboards can be adjusted fast.
2. The suction belt is made of high technology material, rally-layer used seamless docking ring belt to ensure the trouble free operation of machine.
3. Suction motor and main motor are from Taiwan, high quality and stably.
4. Used high quality electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system to make single or consecutive working, control the cardboard waste and the finished cardboard precision effectively.

2. Gluer and folder part:

a. Motors imported from Haute, stability, adjust speed simple, no noise.

b. Folding part used imported high-friction and high anti-wear seamless docking ring conveyor belt, finish folding accurately.

c. Gluing part applied quality stainless steel gluing wheel, to ensure gluing evenly and save glue effectively.

d. Equipped with double depression correcting device to correct the deviation effectively, folding the carton accurately.

3. Autocorrect part:

The part equipped automatic counter, stacking and align, stacking and output, it can set the finished cardboard output amount according customers demands, and automatic correct the non-standard carton folding such as price scissors.
