Introduction:

Designed to handle most bottle cap types with new innovative design makes it easy to use and maintenance free.

Main Features:
1.Adopts the mode of “one motor controls one capping wheel”, which can ensure the machine to work stably and keep consistent torque under long term working condition.

2. The clamping belts can be adjusted separately, which allows the machine to be suitable for capping bottles with various sizes and shapes.

3. If you choose the optional cap guiding system together with the machine, it will then also fit for pump caps.

4. The convenient construction adjustment system is equipped with precise
ruler and counter.

5. The torque limiters can ensure the torque works consistently and effectively.

6. The mainframe can be lifted and descended automatically by a motor to fit different height of bottles.

Cap Elevator

Usage:

To elevate all kinds of caps, plastic caps, iron caps etc. Feeding height and length can be customized. 220V/380V power supply options.

Features:

1. The biggest feature is the elevator is independent. It can be used alone or together with other machine, like capping machine.
2. Used together with air pressuring device pushing the caps down the sink, make it capable to feed heavy caps like iron caps.
3. Covered by organic glasses to keep clean of the caps and also prevent them falling down the elevator.
4. Automatically collecting caps to make sure all caps successfully elevated are all facing out, and able to be capped on the bottle.

Conveyor

Usage:

To convey all kinds of bottle, till the capping machine. The guardrails on the two sizes ensure the bottle stand firm and stable so bottles won’t fall off the conveyor.

Features:

1. Adjustable high ranging from 700mm-850mm to make sure bottles will be conveyed right under the capping machine.
2. The guardrails are horizontally adjustable to fit various sizes of bottles.
3. The triangle support leg design offers technical support to the stability of conveyor while operation.
4. Made of stainless steel, better look, easy operation and disassemble.
5. The width can be adjustable to fit the bottles size, and fixed tight once the width is suitable for a specific type of bottle.

Installation/ Training:

The installation can be provided by the SENIM company. It must be after shipment till the machine has arrived and factory must be ready equipped with all necessary requirements before booking installation with SENIM company. Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation. During the installation session, a one-day training course will be provided to our customers about operation and maintenance procedure. The costs include engineer’s subsidy at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, accommodation, and air tickets (round trip). Day charges period includes travel days.
