Feeding unit

Machine fuction

The upper roller is covered with rubber and the down feeding roller is knurling in the outside before and then electroplating.It can make sure the feeding right and it also has the cylinder buffer device and will never damage the hardness of the cardboard.
Using the vacuum feeding assistant system and can adjusting the suction by stages and can make the cardboard goes smoothly.
It has the interval feeding paper system which controlled by the computer and can meet the requirment of the big cardboard.

Printing unit

It uses the precise steel anilox roll which makes the printing more precise and can stand wear and tear and extend the working life .We can also chage steel anilox roll to the ceramics anilox roll as our customers requirment.
The printing uses the flap type and can make the roller close the cardboard ,which is easy to operate and has the nice printing.
It uses the precise 360 degree phase adjusting and easy to operate.It has the foot switch and also has the about 10mm sideway electric device and can make sure the excellent printing.
When stopping ,the solenoid brake working automatically and dispel the inertance .The anilox roll can remove the surface of printing cardboard and in case of damage of it.
The phase can automatic rezero and can save your time.

Slotting unit

Using the pre-compression roller to process cardboard to solidity and precise molding.
The slotting knife flywheel uses the precise 360 degree phase to adjust and easy to operate.
The upper pinch roller is covered with the rubber and never damage th ecardboard.
The upper pinch roller and slotting roller are adjusted by the electric 4- axle synchronous to ensure the the accurate of the slotting & line ball position.
The height of cardboard is adjust by the electric 4-blad synchronous.
The slooting unit,printing unit and feeding unit are locked by pneumatic system.

Rubber pad roller uses seamless tube material and is grinded and chrome-plating in the surface.
