WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine is suitable for aseptic packaging milk, sour milk, soy milk, cheese, juice, beverage, tea and wine. It is monoblock of automatically pouch forming, printing date, sterilizing, filling, cutting and sealing. Absorbing the modern technology--"optical, mechanical and electronic integration" into the design, this machine has great precision. We choose closed loop to control the tension, opto-electrical for the detect, PLC to control the whole working system, man-machine interface oversee the working system, high frequency induction heating made the sealing much firmer and much more reliable. The main transmission is mechanical and the supporting transmission is vapor pressure type. These two parts are combined together scientific and reasonable, which makes the machine runs smoothly and steadily.
