ANJ series Screw Press Master for paper machine I. Overview The screw press master is designed for the dewatering and concentration of waste paper stock by referencing the foreign products and related technical data. Together with the inclined screw thickener in series, it can achieve the treatment concentration required for heat disperser, which makes it the essential equipment of heat dispersion system. Operating principle: the pulp is fed to the filter drum through the inlet at the upper end of drum, dewatered under the squeezing action of screw main shaft with a certain compression ratio and discharged from the outlet. The water extruded from the pulp passes through the filter drum, flows into the tray and flows out of the white water outlet. The screw outlet is provided with pneumatic cone disc to control the pulp outlet pressure and regulate the pulp concentration so as to guarantee the consistency of internal and external pulp layers. This equipment is featured in high compression ratio, simple to operate, low energy consumption, high pulp concentration, stable pulp outlet concentration and reliable operation etc. II. III. Main Structure This equipment mainly consists of screw main shaft, filter drum, pulp inlet tank, pneumatic cone disc and housing etc. 1. Screw main shaft: to distribute the axial compression ratio reasonably and guarantee the normal running of equipment. 2. Pneumatic cone disc: controlled by pneumatic unit to guarantee the stable pulp outlet concentration and regulate the pressure regulating valve to achieve the desired concentration. IV.Installation Instructions 1. The profile of equipment installation foundation should be determined by the process department or civil work department according to the equipment installation position and base size. Where the equipment is used in the heat dispersion, attention should be paid to the relative position of feed inlet and inclined screw thickener to allow smooth pulp feeding. 2. Proper axial space should be reserved at the pulp outlet side to allow easy drawing of main shaft in the case of maintenance. 3. The installation acceptance should be made according to Technical Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Pulping and Paper Making Equipment Installation Project. 4. The motor starting control cabinet should be provided by the user according to the electric schematic diagram. |
