1. Stability and safety
All parts contacting with product water are made of AISI 316L or 304 stainless steel and anti-ozone food grade material.
All electronic and pneumatic components come from those of high-quality and well-known brands.
Each machine which is controlled by PLC and equipped with safety detector coordinates the whole line to run smoothly and perfectly.
All materials meet the food grade hygienic specifications.
2. Low running cost
On the basis of the technology adopted by the top-ten water bottling manufacturers in China, JOYSUN provides the customers with an optimized production line with low running cost.
Equipped with a series of automatic machines such as rotary outer washing machine, automatic bottle feeding machine, inner washing machine, rotary filling machine, capping machine, cap feeding machine, cap washing machine, central control system, palletizing machine, and so on, the whole bottling production line is fully automatic and needs a couple of workers only.
For the structural design, ie. the inserting type spherical rising nozzles fitted among the different washing working places, we have already carried out some precautions to protect the mixing of different cleaning liquid, which prevents the disinfectant solution from being diluted and, therefore, it decreases the disinfectant consumption greatly.
Either the rising solution tanks which are made of high-performance heat insulator or the fast-cycle system which makes hot rising liquid go back to rising solution tank quickly drastically decrease the loss of heat, thus the consumption of electricity power, and then reduce the operational cost.
3. Hygiene
The outer washer, equipped with the brush that is made very fit to bottles shape and, as a result, the body, neck and bottom of the bottle can be thoroughly cleaned with alkali liquid, disinfectant liquid and purified water, is introduced to prevent the cross-contamination caused by mixing of outer and inner cleaning solutions when using the traditional washing monoblocK for both outer and inner washing together.
For inner washer, a series of technologies, including 60°C alkali liquid washing, 80°C rinsing water washing, disinfectant liquid washing, recycled water washing, purified water washing and drain off, etc have been adopted.
80°C rinsing water washing not only sterilizes bottle inside by high temperature but also eliminates algae propagule effectively. Therefore it completely solves the problem of alga growth in the recycled bottle which annoys a great many mineral water manufacturers for a long time.
Inserting-type spherical inner nozzle inserts into bottle, carrying out a 360° cleaning in bottle without leaving dead corner. The washing points spread over any corner of the bottle in order to ensure the effect of washing.
Even after treated by more than 8 stages of washing cycles including hot alkali liquid washing and high temperature rising water washing, etc some contaminated products can still be found, which is caused by neglect of bottle mouth decontamination. PACELEAD undertakes to solve this problem and puts bottle mouth sterilization technology into effect and, therefore, provides a real sense complete bottle washing solution.
The automatic cap feeder and cap washer,JOYSUN'S patented products, achieve the real sense and fully automated unmanned cleaning operations and make it possible for the cap to be cleaned and sterilized completely for the first time.
Optional FFU, together with laminar flow cover, ensures that filling area is under plus pressure environment and decontamination degree meets hundred-class.
4. Reliability
Apart from the light inspecting post, the whole line runs fully automatically and, therefore, it not only reduces the labors’ workload, but prevents the potential contamination as well.
The whole line is easy-to-operate with clear operating direction on the machine screen.
There is a set of central control system, either by PLC or PC, which makes it possible for the whole line to be controlled or monitored from the distance and out of the clean room.
