Annual capacity at our 64,583 square-feet factory is about 150million pieces of pet bottles, pla cutlery and pla bottles. Total investment volume of our factory is about 1.5million US dollar, annual production value can be more than 15million US dollar. Quality Control
Strict quality control procedure performed by our in-house quality control department. We have more than 25 QC personnel composing of engineers, technicians and production staff who are well-trained to perform QC inspection. Our QC department perform strict QC Procedures include Material Acceptance Inspection, Process Inspection, and Delivery Spot Test etc. We also have staff to check each stage of production, and at the same time conduct random testing on semi-finished products. Finished products (pre-packaging and after packaging) are again scrutinized to assure defect-free items.
